Terms

• Please inform us your expect Check in time before depart to our villa. If without informing first, may not do the check in procedure immediately, then please be forgiven! (particular cases have to be notified when you book)

• Check out : Before 10.00 a.m.

• Room has everything you need to prepare your breakfast, we provide daily fresh ingredients for you to cook in the suite.

• For personal hygiene, please bring personal wash up appliances ( we provide only a small towel, shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer.)

• 9:30 ~ 9:50 AM will make a room clean-up services, personal valuables goods please safekeep by your own, Villa wont have duty to take custody.

• In the rooms and flats it is forbidden to smoke.

• Provide free wireless Internet access services ( should use your own laptop, no public computers)

• Please safeguard the room and public space all the equipments. If damaged, breakages will be charged for at departure.

• We collect 20 euro deposit for the keys and the maintenance of security and the environment. We'll refund the fully deposit when Check out return the keys then confirm without any damages or disobey terms.

• We accpet animals but dont allow them to stay in the suit. There is a charge per day of 5,00 euro for the animals.

• We provide the perfected hardware to make the guests be able to have the most comfortable and warm environment for the and experience the local Italian family's way of life, hope everyone can have a unfortgetable trip in Italy.

How To Arrive ...

It is very easy to reach us: just follow carefully the directions below and see maps.

When you arrive at Padova Railway Station, first of all, you need to walk out then catch the bus. ( nonsense ><...) The Exit just next to the Accessorize shop. You can take the right turn to the Information center to get the free city map and bus time schedule.

After taking the maps, you'll see the APS bus bulletin board, please take the bus No.10. Attention !! There are two directions of the bus No. 10. One way is to Caselle, and the other is to Sarmeola. However, Both of them will stop at "Le Brentelle shopping mall" stop. The shopping mall is in the corner, good identification, you wont miss it! Villa is to the direction of Caselle, ring the bell just right after "Le Brentelle stop" ( villa stop is the next one of the shopping mall.)

P. s : If you worry to lose yourself, please get out at "Le Brentelle stop" ^^...

How to book

• You can book (or ask information) via e-mail, msn, skype, fax, leave message in this blog or by phone.
• Before booking, please ask the period that you would like to stay is still availabile and also read the "terms" and "How to book" information first, thanks!
• To reserve we need: 1. Deposit. ( 50% of amount ) 2. Your name, surname, contact and transfer date. After transfering, please fax or email me again to confirm.
• Remittance information will inform by email.

Cancellation policy:

• Book less than 4 nights : Deposit will be hold back if you cancel less than 10 days before arrival or if you do not come (no show).
• Book less than a week : Deposit will be hold back if you cancel less than 15 days before arrival or if you do not come (no show).
• Book more than a week : Deposit will be hold back if you cancel less than a month before arrival or if you do not come (no show).
• After booking, if needs to change ( date, days, room type), please inform us before 10 days arrival otherwise the deposit will be hold back.
• If inform us in the regulations period, deposit could be refund, but quest needs to bear the transformation handling charge.

Villa Valente Suite - We provide high-quality, comfortable and 65 Square Meters large space with fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine, tableware, table, table linen,etc. ... ), lovely bedroom, 5 stars steam bathroom equipment, dainty living room.


The suite available for 2-3-4 people. In order to guarantee the lodging quality, every day only accept a group to book the villa, and there is a 24-hour access control security, you can totally enjoy your private holidays here !!
